Shipping and Handling Information

All orders are shipped within 2 weeks by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Transit time for most orders is between 3 to 7 days, unless you need the order by a specific date..

If an order needs to be filled sooner than 2 weeks, or by a specific date within 2 weeks, I will send the order either by Federal Express or UPS, using whatever option is available to have the order delivered by date you need. The cost for this special shipping will be passed on to you plus 10% special handling. If you have any questions about this please call or notify me by e-mail.

Placing An Order With My Shopping Cart

CS Designs Online is dedicated to making your shopping experience as easy and secure as possible. We utilize a cart system that is simple to use and keeps track of your items as you move about the web site. Once you have made your choices, the items are all displayed in one place for you to review and make any changes you desire. Once you decide to check out, we establish a secure connection using SSL encryption, and take your information and credit card number, which is then further encrypted using our cart's built in system, and sent to us here at CS Designs. At no time is your information out in the open or at risk.

To order:
Simply use the "add to cart" button after making your size and color choices on the page where you see the item. If you haven't chosen the size and color, you will be prompted to do so before it will allow you to add it to the cart. This way, we can assure there will be no unnecessary delays in processing your order. Once you use the button labeled"Shopping Cart" on the left of each page to review your cart, you will have the option to remove items, or change the quantity. If you need to change the size or color, you should just remove the item, and re-add it.

Checking out
When you're ready to check out, we establish a secure connection between you and our server to protect your sensitive information. The information you give us is then further encrypted before being sent to us here for processing. During this process, you will be presented with a choice to pay by credit card or check. Credit cards are not processed until the order is sent.

If you would rather pay by credit card via telephone, just use the "pay by check" option, and after completing your order, give us a call with your information, and we'd be only too happy to process your order this way.

If you select to pay by check, a receipt for your order appears that you can print, once you go through the entire checkout process. I suggest you print two copies, one for your records and one to mail with your check. You should also receive a copy via email immediately after completing the process. Please call or email me that an order is in the mail. This will expedite your order. I can have it ready to ship once the check arrives and clears my bank.

 

To Pay by Credit Card

Click on the "Shopping Cart" button at any time to view your shopping cart. As you add items to your shopping cart, you can return to the catalog page at any time to look at our products and add more items. During checkout, you will be asked for your payment method preference. Choose Credit Card and you will be brought to a page for entering this information securely. We will not charge your card until we are ready to send your order.

To Pay by Personal Check or Money Order

Place your order through the shopping cart, and during checkout, select the check payment option.

When we receive your order, your check will be deposited. Since we are a small business, no orders will be shipped until your check has cleared. Orders paid by personal check are held up to 10 business days to clear.

Returned checks incur a $20 charge.

Telephone Orders

If you do not wish to place an order through our secure server over the Internet, you can contact us directly and place your order with a customer service representative. The number to call to place an order is (941) 320-2287. Leave a message and we will promptly return your call.

Return and Refund Policy

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Regular items can be returned, unworn and unopened, for a refund minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and return shipping is your responsibility. Please note that the shipping container can not be opened to qualify for a refund.

There are no refunds on all other orders. If an item is delivered in the size you specified and you may exchange it for a different size, the item must be returned within 7 days. The item must be sent back unworn and return shipping is your responsibility. Damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please read the sizing chart to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

**IMPORTANT:** If you need to return an item for any reason, you must NOTIFY us by e-mail (csdesigns2000@aol.com) and receive a confirmation PRIOR to sending the item back.

CS Designs Online is a small, home based business that makes custom made garments for Renaissance Faires and other special interest groups or occasions across the United States. Orders that involve special sizing or handling take longer than orders that are regular stock items and may require an additional charge. Even regular stock items can take longer when we are involved in a particularly busy month, for example the months of March and April, and July through September I am at faires. Because of this, we may be unable to give a set time frame for special orders to be delivered. If you have a particular function you need the garment by, we will always try to consider this and deliver it by that date. Be sure to place these order well in advance.

Backorders

Not all items are in stock in all colors and sizes all the time. If a fabric or color you ordered is not in stock and will not be available within 2 weeks, you will be notified by e-mail. You can then opt to wait for the fabric to come in or choose another fabric or color.
